To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions (1) if he will introduce a national waste collection scheme for the disposal of waste farm plastics; and if he will make a statement; [146469]

(2) what action he is taking in respect of the disposal and recycling of waste farm plastics; [146471]

(3) what representations he has received concerning a mandatory national waste collection scheme governing the disposal of waste farm plastics. [146468]
