§ Mr. Wicks[holding answer 11 January 2001]: NTOtele.com has been operating in Administration since 3 November 2000. The purpose of the consultation exercise is to seek the views of the industry on the future arrangements for National Training Organisation (NTO) coverage in the sector.
The consultation was launched on 5 January 2001 with a closing date of 30 March 2001. The exercise is being conducted in accordance with the Cabinet Office Code of Practice on Written Consultations.
