§ Mr. TimmsClimate change levy will be payable on the non-domestic use of energy. It is not possible to distinguish between domestic and non-domestic electricity according to how it is generated. Electricity from all sources is expected to account for some 70 per cent. of the levy proceeds. Energy from new renewable sources will be exempt.
