§ Mr. Charles ClarkeA 36-year-old man was arrested on the Buckingham Palace forecourt by a police officer in the Royalty Protection Division of the Metropolitan Police Service under section 25 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. He has been released on bail and at this stage has not been charged.
