Mr. Reed

To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what the average level of increase was in percentage terms for health authorities between 1992–93 and 2000–01; and what has been the percentage increase for Leicestershire health authority; [149983]

(2) how much funding would be received by Leicestershire health authority were it funded at 100 per cent. of its weighted capitation. [149984]
