To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will publish the draft climate change levy negotiated agreements for public scrutiny before they are signed. [148911]

The draft climate change agreement templates are available on the DETR website at www.environment.detr.gov.uk/ccl/index.htm. In addition, the sector-level agreements will be published as soon as they are agreed and approved.
