§ Mr. WilsonThe Vice Consul at our Vice-Consulate in Orlando visited Mr. Maharaj in prison on 9 December 1998. He subsequently visited on 18 December 1999, but Mr. Maharaj had other visitors and decided not to see him at that time.
The Vice-Consul visited most recently on 18 January 2000, and will do so again on 8 February 2001.
