To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will make a statement on progress with his sexual health and HIV/AIDS strategy. [147358]

The merger of the sexual health and HIV strategies inevitably led to slippage in the timetable. However, considerable progress has been made with producing an integrated strategy that will set a programme of action on sexual health and HIV for England. We plan to issue the strategy for consultation shortly.
