Mr. Robert AinsworthWe are today letting a contract to a consortium led by the University of Brighton to establish the facts about participation. The research will also provide information about availability of water space, the effectiveness of current arrangements in meeting the demand for different types of water-based sport and recreation and the scale and nature of potential demand.
