To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what additional key performance targets have been agreed for the Public Guardianship Office. [24364]

§ Ms Rosie Winterton
Two additional key performance targets for the Public Guardianship Office have been agreed as follows:
1. to achieve 75 per cent. effective visits by March 2002; and

2. to achieve a unit cost per case of not more than £425.
