§ The Lord Privy Seal (Lord Williams of Mostyn)The group has had seven meetings and is putting together a package of proposals to make the House more effective. The group has decided to circulate a questionnaire to every Member of the House soon after Christmas in order to obtain a range of opinions on a number of issues. The group hopes to complete its work as quickly as possible thereafter.
