To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what will be the actual cap levels for formula rents for registered social landlords and council housing in Barnet in 2011. [20836]

The cap levels for formula rents for RSL and council housing will rise at RPI+1 per cent. a year from the current figures.
