§ Mr. Andrew SmithThe value for money assessment of the London Underground PPP will be carried out by London Transport in line with the relevant guidance produced by HM Treasury and the Treasury Taskforce. Treasury, DTLR and London Underground officials are in regular contact about various aspects of the PPP.
The accounting treatment of the London Underground PPP is a matter for London Underground's own auditors.
