§ Margaret Beckett[holding answer 28 November 2001]: Yes, projects from all areas of England are eligible provided that they meet the eligibility criteria for the 919W scheme, including the requirement that they are directed at sectors affected directly or indirectly by foot and mouth disease or address structural or other weaknesses highlighted by foot and mouth disease.
