To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what the gross cost was of the regulatory impact assessment for(a) the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, (b) the Transportable Pressure Vessels Regulation 2001 and (c) the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 2001.
