§ Ms HewittIt is not the policy of my Department to comment on the affairs of particular companies. However, in view of the Department's concurrent responsibility with the Financial Services Authority for insider dealing from 1 December, the Department is willing to consider, in conjunction with the Financial Services Authority, any information the hon. Member may have suggesting insider dealing in Railtrack shares.
