§ Mr. StrawOn 9 November 2001, Ireland submitted a request for the prescription of provisional measures to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (The MOX Plant Case). The United Kingdom's Written Response, dated 15 November 2001, and the United Kingdom's oral submissions at the hearing on 19 and 20 November are on the Tribunal's website: www.itlos.org.
