§ Mr. MacShaneBritain has a good relationship with Cuba. Bilateral visits, trade links and exchanges in new areas of co-operation continue to develop. We are committed to a policy of constructive engagement with Cuba, based on critical dialogue and practical co-operation. Through our frank and open discussions we cover a wide range of issues of common interest, including human rights.
