§ Ms Rosie WintertonThere are no plans at the moment for the reform of the small claims procedure within the county courts in England and Wales. The current procedure has been in place for two and a half years and the Lord Chancellor's Department and the Court Service are now looking to evaluate the effectiveness of these procedures.
