§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonI can confirm that no information was released or authorised for release to the media by the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions concerning the Secretary of State's decision to grant approval to the development of Terminal 5 at Heathrow prior to the Secretary of State's announcement to Parliament.
