To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what steps are being taken to confiscate the assets of drug dealers in Scotland. [17500]

My hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department and I are working closely together on the Proceeds of Crime Bill. This legislation, which is currently before the House, will strengthen court powers to confiscate the assets of drug dealers and other criminals.
