§ Mr. MorleyAs explained in the answer to the hon. Member on 20 July 2001,Official Report, column 626W, this Department does not make estimates of the levels of blackfish. The landing of undeclared fish is an illegal activity and meaningful estimates of the extent to which it occurs cannot readily be made.
