When they intend to introduce legislation to abolish the right of appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council for members of the healthcare professions. [HL1378]

Provisions to do this are included in the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Bill, which was introduced on 8 November 2001.
