§ Ms JowellCommission Recommendation C(2000) 2674 of 15 September 2000 calls on member states, which have not yet done so, to ratify the International Labour Organisation's (ILO) Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention, adopted on 17 June 1999. The UK ratified the ILO Convention on 23 March 2000.
