Mr. Robert AinsworthThe Mayor is expected to publish his initial proposals for the Spatial Development Strategy for London shortly. The Government's planning policy on the provision of affordable housing is set out in Planning Policy Guidance Note 3 and Circular 6–98. The Secretary of State will consider the Mayor's proposals in the light of this and other relevant guidance.
