§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThe code of practice for registered persons and other recipients of disclosure information is being published today under section 122(1) of the Police Act 1997, and will be placed on the Criminal Records Bureau's website as well. The code has also today been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 122(2) of the Act. In addition, we are publishing today an explanatory guide for registered persons and other recipients of disclosure information, and I am arranging for copies to be placed in the Library.
