To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions on what date research was commissioned into the economics of the park homes industry; when the research is due to be completed; and when it will be published. [158470]

Research into the economics of the park homes industry was commissioned on 22 January 2001. Current plans are for the research to be completed by the end of September and a report to be published before the end of the year.
