73WResources to enable local authorities to maintain their own housing stock are provided through the MRA allocations which are distributed through the Housing Revenue Account Subsidy system. ACG allocations are not subdivided between repair and new building or between council and registered social landlord stock and local authorities have full discretion to use these resources to match local needs and priorities.
