What is their response to the increased turnover in the hospitality industry, as shown in the British Hospitality Association 2001 Contract Catering Survey. [HL1603]

The Government are pleased to note that the British Hospitality Association's survey reports an 8.5 per cent. increase in turn over in contract catering from 1999 to 2000.
