Dawn PrimaroioUp to the end of February 2001, approximately 29,250 inquiries have been opened in respect of Working Families Tax Credit applications, and approximately 250 penalties have been levied. Up to the end of March 2001, there have been 15 prosecutions in respect of Working Families Tax Credit.
