My right honourable friend the Secretary of State for Education and Employment announced on 21 June (Official Report, col. 209W) that we will publish the draft Special Educational Needs and Disability Rights in Education Bill in the current parliamentary Session and that we will introduce the Bill as soon as parliamentary time allows. This remains our intention.
