§ Mr. BoatengThe Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 does not currently contain any reference to reprimands and final warnings. The Government consulted last year on a proposal to bring reprimands and final warnings within the provisions of the Act with an immediate rehabilitation. We intend to make this change whenever an appropriate legislative opportunity arises.
