§ Mr. MeacherWe welcome the Royal Commission's contribution to the discussion on climate change. Together with my right hon. Friend the Minister for Energy and Competitiveness in Europe and other colleagues, I will be giving careful consideration to the recommendations contained in the report. We aim to respond to the report within a year of its publication.
