Further to the Written Answer by Baroness Symons of Vernham Dean on 29 September (WA 199), what are their current plans with regard to the Duke of York's Headquarters, which was to be disposed of as part of the Strategic Defence Review. [HL4225]

The Duke of York's Headquarters was sold to Cadogan Estates earlier this year. All responsibility for the site, with the exception of an enclave retained under lease for use by the Ministry of Defence, now rests with the new owner. The size of the enclave and how long it will be retained is being kept under continuous review.
