§ Angela EagleThe Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 provides the legislative basis for a reformed, and more customer focused, child support scheme. We are today placing in the Libraries copies of our improvement plan, "Operational Vision—Reforming the Child Support Scheme", which sets out the way in which the new service is to be delivered.
