§ Jane KennedyIf a client wishes to use alternative fund managers to those offered by the Public Trust Office, they will be able to apply to the Court of Protection to do so. The Court will consider every application on its merits, bearing in mind the performance, charges and financial probity of the alternative fund manager proposed.
