§ Lord WhittyI refer the noble Baroness to the Answers I gave her on 8 May (WA 209) and 27 June (WA 72). It is still too early to assess the impact of the revised Secretary of State's Standards of Modern Zoo Practice, which came into effect on 3 April 2000.
