§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe regulations are available in draft form on the Home Office website (www.homeoffice.gov.uk) and comments are invited. I intend to lay them so that they come into force on 16 February 2001, immediately after the new electoral registers are published and in good time for the local elections to be held in May 2001.
