Mr. Cousins

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will estimate the number of pensioners in(a) actual terms and (b) as a percentage of the total number who receive (i) Housing Benefit and (ii) Council Tax Benefit at (A) the full rate and (B) less than the full rate in each of the nations and regions of the UK.
