§ Mr. Wicks[holding answer 29 November 2000]: Planning guidance was issued on 23 October to the 16 Connexions Partnerships who have been invited to prepare business plans to introduce the Connexions service 813W in 2001. Supplementary guidance, e.g. on Personal Advisers, will be issued shortly. Guidance for partnerships starting in 2002 will be made available next year.
