To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if he will break down the increase in publicly planned funding for higher education in each of the next three years by(a) fees from students, (b) fees from public funding, (c) earmarked capital funding, (d) funding for widening participation, (e) grants to the Teacher Training Agency and (f) grants to HEFCE.
