To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment (1) what percentage of Ofsted school inspections were carried out by inspectors from the local area in the last 12 months for which figures are available; [139769]

(2) what percentage of Ofsted inspectors are (a) serving teachers and (b) teachers who retired within the last five years. [139772]
