§ Mr. TimmsThe target population for EMIs is broadly the same as that for the Enterprise Investment Scheme, which has attracted over 3,000 companies in its first six years. EMIs are simple to operate, and the potential benefits from being able to attract and retain high quality employees suggest that EMIs will be popular.
