§ Mr. Charles ClarkeA breakdown of the number of anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs) issued by borough is not held centrally. However, Cleveland Police inform me that seven ASBOs have been issued so far in Cleveland—two in Middlesbrough, two in Hartlepool and three in Stockton on Tees.
