§ The Lord Privy Seal (Baroness Jay of Paddington)I am pleased to announce that the Seventh Report of the Committee on Standards in Public Life, entitledStandards of Conduct in the House of Lords, is published today by the committee. Copies are available in the Printed Paper Office, and the Libraries.
The recommendations in the report are for the House to consider. The Government welcome the report and hope and expect that the House of Lords will give it the serious consideration that it deserves.
