§ Dr. ReidThe UK Atomic Energy Authority published their Dounreay Site Restoration Plan on 9 October. The Authority's plans will require approval by the Health and Safety Executive's Nuclear Industries Inspectorate, the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. I will be keeping in close touch with the progress of these considerations.
