§ Mr. Charles ClarkeOver 100 orders have been made nationally since the measure came into force on 1 April 1999. Six of these have been made in Norfolk. According to provisional figures for prosecutions at the magistrates court and convictions for all courts, there have been four prosecutions for breaches of an anti-social behaviour order up to the end of June 2000. Three of these have resulted in a conviction.
