§ Marjorie MowlamThe Centre for Management and Policy Studies (CMPS) in the Cabinet Office has organised jointly with the Public Services Productivity Panel a seminar for senior officials. More broadly, CMPS's programme of seminars for Ministers and senior civil servants addresses a range of themes with the overarching aim of improving the quality and efficiency of public services.
