§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Scotland of Asthal)The Prime Minister, the Foreign Secretary and the Minister for Europe attended the informal European Council in Biarritz. The cost of air travel for Ministers and accompanying officials was £17,000. It is not yet possible to provide a figure for the total cost of representation at the informal Council as some bills have yet to be submitted.
