§ Mr. MullinMy Department maintains regular contact with the National Assembly for Wales, both at official and ministerial level, about taking forward the proposals in our housing Green Paper. My hon. Friend the Minister for Housing and Planning also hopes to meet the new Assembly Minister for Finance, Local Government and Communities in the near future. Responses to the Green Paper, and consultation with the National Assembly, will inform the framing of any proposed legislation. We will be announcing the outcome of the Green Paper consultation before the end of the year.
